A truly stunning looking chess combination. The Oxford Sheesham (Golden Rosewood) chessmen are constructed from solid graded Sheesham wood and have been styled with the Staunton design in mind. Very sleek and curved shanks lead to a relatively wide base for chess pieces of this size. This makes them suitable for boards slightly larger than our usual recommendation for 3.5 inch pieces.
